I used to dread any kind of exercise. That completely changed when I started training with Jake. He makes every session genuinely fun and something I look forward to. Through Jake, I discovered a love for boxing which been unexpected. Since starting with him 6 months ago, I’ve lost over 20kg but I’ve gained more energy and a much healthier lifestyle. He tailors both the fitness and diet plans to suit my preferences. If something doesn’t work for me, he’s quick to adapt and find a solution that does. He also supports me outside of the sessions when I need it. Training with Jake has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
