GENERAL TERMS

  • Members must be 18 years of age or older.

  • On occasion, we may need to cancel classes or activities. Where possible, we will provide advance notice. No refunds will be issued in relation to membership plan fees due to cancellations.

  • We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing classes or activities where this is caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

  • As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

  • This agreement is governed by UK law.

  • We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately if you breach these Membership Terms or any membership rules.

  • You must complete a medical health questionnaire before taking part in any activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation where the required information has not been provided. In this case, any monies paid will be refunded minus a £20 administration fee.

  • You must notify us immediately if any of the details you have provided change, including any updates to your medical information.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS – PRINCIPAL TERMS

  • This agreement begins once you have confirmed your acceptance via the booking section of the website.

  • A binding contract is formed when we contact you to confirm your membership application has been accepted.

  • You will be entitled to the rights and privileges included within the Membership Plan you have selected.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS

(For current prices, please refer to the Prices section on our website.)

  • Single session (Pay As You Go)
  • 4 sessions to be used within 1 month
  • 8 sessions to be used within 2 months
  • 12 sessions to be used within 3 months

Please note: sessions must be used within the time period stated. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the membership period and cannot be carried over or rolled into future months. Genuine reasons for non-attendance may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Jake.

FEES AND CHARGES

  • Your first month’s membership fee will be taken at the time of purchase via debit/credit card.

  • If you choose to upgrade your membership, we reserve the right to apply an administration fee.

  • Your second payment will be collected by Direct Debit one month after the plan begins, with monthly payments collected thereafter. All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise within these Terms.

  • If a Direct Debit is returned unpaid or any other payment method fails, a £10 administration fee will apply.

  • If payments remain outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership. You will be notified in writing (email constitutes written notice).

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details, including any changes to the information provided in your health questionnaire.

  • We reserve the right to increase membership fees. We will provide a minimum of one month’s notice of any price increase and the date it will take effect. During this notice period, you may cancel your membership in line with the termination section below. If you do not cancel before the effective date, your membership fee will automatically increase in line with the notice provided.

TERMINATION

  • You may terminate your membership at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank.

  • You must provide us with at least 3 working days’ notice that you intend to cancel.

  • Your membership will remain active until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically end.

  • You will be entitled to a 50% pro-rata refund of any unused membership time, calculated from the date of termination.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All membership plans must be paid in full in advance.
